Bordeaux Day 2

Posting early today as we have an all day tour and will post about that tomorrow.  

Yesterday afternoon, we enjoyed lunch at Marketplace sitting outside with beautiful views of Bordeaux. It was a Latin American themed buffet. There were so many choices, and we didn't take photos of everything. We got an even better appreciation of the buffet after we ate. WE mainly go to the salad food stations and the hot food areas focusing on items such as grilled and steamed vegetables and Anne Marie picks up a hot entrée for us to add to the salad. We often do not get to look closely at the dessert food station and all the hot entrée and items at the last food station. There were so many items featured yesterday to go with the theme that could become not one but several unique lunches over the course of several days.

Afterwards we walked around Bordeaux. We are blessed to have visited Bordeaux several times and this marks our fifth visit and second time since 2023.

There were very few guests on our side for the first hour as many were on tours or on their own. Also, the better views of the city were on the starboard site. Food was great and for the entrees we both had Swordfish but Keith had his with a Butterfly cut.

Last evening was White Night which we think of as a mixer with music and dancing. White Night has continued to grow in popularity over the years between more people wearing white and attending the party and the CD’s play a very active role as well.
