GET READY FOR AN EXCITING NEW ADVENTURE!A big thank you to all of those who provided comments. We are excited to begin a new adventure and to make memories which will last a lifetime. We would like to extend our gratitude to our Travel Specialist, Gerri, and to her amazing team for their invaluable assistance with our trip. Gerri's knowledge is second to none, she always gets everything right, she can cut through red tape, gives outstanding advice, and is a pleasure to work with. We wanted to thank Gabby, who was instrumental in securing the category of suite we desired when we added three additional voyages to our booking ensuring we would not need to relocate during our adventure. She also arranged the necessary transfers for us and worked with Crystal on-board guest services on our behalf. We also wanted to thank Gerri's other assistants. This includes Heather for all of her help since January of this year and also a thank you to Saraya and Amanda. As many times as we have cruised there is a lot of research that goes into each adventure. We had a wonderful time during our two pre-cruise stays in Reykjavik, but this time, we were eager to mix things up! We spent considerable time searching for the perfect alternative that would suit our needs. Just like our previous stays, we chose a place that feels like home with the convenience of a hotel-complete with daily cleaning and a delicious breakfast each morning. We spent considerable time determining our desired tour destinations and the type of tour we wanted before finalizing our bookings. Although this will be our third visit to Liverpool, we have once again booked a private tour with the same guide we used on our previous visits, Jackie Spencer. We made our booking early due to Jackie's popularity. We also have a smorgasbord of shore excursions planned. Meanwhile, we're all about being as flexible as a yoga instructor on a trampoline. In plain English, there are a bunch of ports where we'll venture out solo, like explorers with a GPS. This includes ports we've already conquered on past escapades and new ones we're about to meet for the very first time. And as they say, part of the fun is the planning. We are ready to go and our bags are packed. But don't worry we've left the kitchen sink behind- mostly because it wouldn't fit in our suitcases. Just imagine us at the airport, trying to explain why we have a full-size inflatable giraffe in our carry-on. We'll say "It's for emotional support!" as security raises their eyebrows and the giraffe gives them a wink. Cheers, Anne Marie & Keith
