WELCOME

Welcome to our current blog which will cover our travels from Reykjavik, Iceland to New York City, New York.  Our adventure includes a pre-cruise stay in Reykjavik and a sixty day cruise on-board Crystal Serenity.  This is our own mini World Cruise or Grand Voyage.

This year marks milestone birthdays for each of us so we decided to combine six cruises into one long cruise to mark this special occasion.

This adventure marks the third time we have stayed in Reykjavik for a pre-cruise in addition to transiting this city three other times on prior cruises. We stayed here last September before boarding Crystal Symphony and in July of 2021 prior to boarding the former Crystal Endeavor.

This adventure includes several ports we have visited on prior adventures, along with new ones.  While we have sailed Norway, we have not visited the North Cape and our one and only visit to Norway was in 2006.

We created a trailer to get into the spirit of this adventure and following this you will see the planned itinerary.
