GREETINGS & G'DAY FROM SYDNEY Sophie...Thank you very much. You are very kind. We slept well and enjoyed breakfast at the club lounge. We continue to keep to a breakfast of cereal and fruit although there is an array of hot and cold breakfast items available in the lounge. ![]() After freshening up, we took Uber out to the family place. Some of you have asked about our family in Australia. They have lived in Australia for eighteen months and expect to live there another eighteen months for a total of three years. They could end up staying longer or less time depending on our son-in-laws job. He started working for his current company a few years ago in the United States and they are based in Australia. Our daughter Jennifer is a CPA and currently not working outside the home. As we mentioned grandson Andre began second grade last week. If he was attending school in the USA, he would be in the second half of first grade. Granddaughter Emma is in pre-school for the second year. Our other family; son Eric, daughter-in-law Kara, grandsons Jackson and Preston live less than three hours from us. Preston and Emma were born a few weeks apart. When we arrived to the home, Jennifer was on a run and Gui let us in. Emma on Jennifer's iPhone. They learn at a very young age. We went with Jennifer to take Andre and Emma to school. We spent additional time at Emma's school as she didn't want Mommy to leave. Jennifer sat with Emma for awhile but when it was time to go Emma cried. The school called thirty minutes later to let you know that Emma was playing well and very happy. When we left we drove to Balmoral Reserve which is a beautiful beach. We walked along paths with the beach and water on one side and beautiful trees and gardens on the right side. It was fun to walk and we enjoyed wonderful conversation with Jennifer. We had lunch at a one of a kind cafe called Open Circus. The spell it with the R upside down. We each had Broccolini Salad which had Broccolini (LOL), Arugula, Quinoa (grain), Pumpkin Seeds (Pepitas, Parmesan Cheese and for us Salmon and for Jennifer Avocado. It was fresh and delicious. From there it was off to the food store for items that Jennifer will cook with this evening. The weather was a delight at 80 degrees Fahrenheit. ![]() ![]() This woman was exercising with music and doing a whole routine. ![]() Our lunch salad which we ate at a table outside the Cafe. ![]() ![]() A few photos from the food store. We focused on the desserts and bread while Jennifer selected fresh vegetables, fruit and chicken. The rest of the day included picking up Emma and Andre from school. We spoke briefly with Emma's teacher and some of the Mom's. At Andre's school we spoke with some Mom's while Emma and Andre enjoyed the playground equipment and their friends. Jennifer swung back to the place to pickup a lollipop for Emma and Keith stayed home. Anne Marie went with Jennifer, Emma and Andre to Karate Class which Andre has begun taking. We enjoyed a family meal at home for dinner. Cheers,
Anne Marie & Keith

It is truly remarkable how much Emma resembles her grandmother and your daughter resembles you. You have a beautiful family, as you know, and it must be very special to spend extended time with the little ones. Grandchildren are our promises to the future; it’s nice when we can see them we’ll set on the right path.
